Stone Zoo
Stone Zoo hosts endangered species like the Mexican Gray Wolf, along with lynx, reindeer, arctic foxes, ring-tailed lemurs, snow leopards, snowy owls, llamas, river otters, tortoises, and flamingos. Settings are designed to resemble the animals' natural habitats. Youngsters will like the Touchable Barnyard, where they can pet goats and sheep. The Treasures of the Sierra Madre features such Southwestern wildlife as coyotes, jaguars, and two orphaned cougar cubs. Picnickers can take advantage of the zoo's location on Spot Pond for a picturesque eating environment.
