The sound of "Fore!" carries through the air in Treyburn, a 5,300-acre corporate park, country club, and residential golf-course community located in North Durham. Alongside the spectacular golf and tennis facilities are luxurious homes set among hardwood trees. The golf course, designed by Tom Fazio, was rated "10th Best in North Carolina" by Golf Digest in 1999.

There are 10 churches of varying denominations and two synagogues in Treyburn. Grocery stores and a major shopping mall are within a 10-minute drive. Local recreational facilities include Falls Lake, Hyco Lake, Lake Michie, and the Little River Reservoir, all perfect for water sports. Treyburn also has earned the title of "Best Community in the Triangle."
