Woodlake and Woodcroft

Located in Durham's southwest corner are the planned communities of Woodlake and Woodcroft. Woodlake, on Fayetteville Road, has 600 homes. Residents enjoy a quiet, comfortable lifestyle, set apart from the busy city but with easy access to all business areas. Amenities include a large pool and clubhouse, two lakes, and three miles of trails. Piney Woods Park, within walking distance of Woodlake, has tennis courts, and baseball and soccer fields.
