Mattel Children's Hospital at UCLA 10833 Le Conte Ave.
Since 1995, the Children's Health Center of the UCLA Department of Pediatrics has been classified as a "hospital within a hospital." In 1998, Mattel Children's Hospital at UCLA took its current name. It offers a full spectrum of primary and specialized medical care for infants, children, and adolescents. The outpatient area includes an eight-bed procedure area for chemotherapy, medication infusions, and blood transfusions. The inpatient section features a 20-bed Pediatric Intensive Care Unit, a 23-bed level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, and a 77-bed refurbished ward. By 2004, the Mattel Children's Hospital at UCLA will have a new home-in the UCLA Medical Center's new complex. Clinical services
