주요 업무
- 1. Clinical Training and Product Adoption: Deliver onboarding and center-specific CRRT training for new installations, equipment transitions, and staff.
- Provide practical instruction on equipment operation, troubleshooting, therapy fundamentals, and safe use, with targeted follow-up support as required.
- 2. Customer and Clinical Engagement: Build strategic relationships with ICU teams and key healthcare professionals.
- Communicate product, software, IFU, and clinical updates while capturing customer feedback and unmet needs.
- 3. Business and Market Development: Provide clinical and product expertise for competitive bids and strategic account opportunities.
- Position Vantive solutions through clear value propositions, competitive differentiation, and customer/clinical evidence.
- Partner with Commercial and Marketing to execute account and CRRT market-development initiatives.
- 4. Product Quality and Clinical Issue Management: Provide compliant product guidance in accordance with approved instructions and company standards.
- Assess complaints, adverse events, and clinical-use issues; coordinate corrective actions and targeted support.
- 5. Scientific Engagement and Market Insights: Generate actionable product, market, and competitive insights through scientific congress participation.
- Engage healthcare professionals, support scientific speakers and sponsored exhibits, and communicate findings internally.
- 6. Internal Capability Development: Deliver onboarding and product training for new employees, covering key technologies, clinical applications, and the acute-care market.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and deliver business-relevant education programs.
자격 요건
- 학력: 대졸이상
- 경력: 경력5년↑, 중환자실 경력 필수
- 자격: 간호사, 운전가능자 (필수)
- Excellent written and verbal communication, training, digital literacy, and teamwork skills.
- 스킬: 간호사 면허, 운전면허
